All was good except the shower did not have a door and water would get on the restroom floor. Everything else was excellent specially the restaurant food and the location.

We absolutely loved this hotel!!! It was super clean. The staff was so helpful and nice! The location was the best. Walking distance to basically anything! I would so stay here again!!!

This is the second time for us at the Galeria Plaza Reforma. The staff are great and very welcoming. Location wise, the hotel is close to the Angel of Independence. There are plenty of great spots to visit within a 30 minute walk and a short Uber/Taxi/Didi ride will get you to plenty of sites within a 15 minute drive.
