Amazing hotel, beautiful, well maintained grounds, great room and the biggest highglight was the staff being extremely kind.
Our bed was too firm for our liking, we've requested a topper and it was brought straightaway, making the bed so much better.
The breakfast was extremely nice, with lots of options to choose from and to a very high standard. Also, the a la carte food was great, we had lunch and dinner at the hotel several times and it was the best food we had in Vietnam.
Also, the spa was very good, I had one of the packages and I had a great massage and facial and a very relaxing time.
The pool was very big, with different levels which made it amazing and the beach was beautiful.
The only downside is the location, the hotel is in a remote location, approx 40 mins drive from Hoi An, with nothing to do around.

Bliss Hoi An is a beautiful property with the perfect name. It truly is “bliss” staying here. My bedroom was stunning with beautiful toiletries and all the amenities you’d need. The pool, the grounds, the spa, the restaurant - all excellent. The courtesy bus into Hoi An was great and the timings were ideal. My only negative is the staff on the front desk. Every encounter I had with them I found them to be unfriendly and they couldn’t wait to finish their dealings with me. This was very disappointing as the staff in every other area of the resort were superb. I wouldn’t hesitate however to recommend this resort.

Me and my family of 4 loved it. It was a change from Da Nang. It's quiet. The grounds are beautiful. The staff are the best. It was my wife's 40th and my child's 10th birthday. They decorated the room on both occasions. Breakfast buffet was great. No complaints book it!
