Our room was spacious. They didn't have a coffeemaker in the room since the coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The towels were very thin, the toilet paper felt like it was 1-ply. The shower in the room was dripping half of the water via the spout below since the mechanism wasn't working properly. That left us with very low pressure showers on the 4th floor.

The room was clean, the staff were very nice. We had stayed across the way at Tru by Hilton. Holiday Inn was great to stay at. The room at Tru by Hilton did not have a microwave for leftovers. We will be staying at Holiday Inn next year when we return.
