I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, both in the rooms and the common areas. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining high standards, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority here. The room was comfortable, well-presented, and a relaxing place to return to after a busy day.
The pool was another highlight of my stay. It was well maintained and provided a great place to relax and unwind. I also appreciated how accommodating the staff were when I requested a late check-out. While there was an additional fee, the process was handled smoothly and gave me extra flexibility on my departure day.
Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. I also used the in-room dining service and was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced the menu was compared to many other hotels. The food was enjoyable and offered great value for money.
The location is another strong point. The hotel is conveniently situated close to shopping areas and cafes, and the beach is easily accessible with a short taxi ride. Overall, a clean, family friendly, comfortable hotel with excellent service, good facilities, and a convenient location

2nd stay at The Kasih Villas and very happy we returned. The villa with private pool was very comfortable. The service here is excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful. They even brought birthday cake and sang happy birthday.

It was my first time to Bali. Wanted to spend some leisure time and the days I spent at Kasih Villas were extraordinary! The best service I have ever received! It started all the way from the airport, where one of their staff, Mr Kerdih waited patiently for our arrival and picked us up with a smiling face. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted with some refreshing drinks and a great welcome by all front desk staff. As check in was not till 2pm, they even suggested some good places to go and dine while our room was getting ready. Mr Kerdih helped to drop us at a very good restaurant and provided us with their map in case we got lost. When we returned back, Ms Rita led us to our 1-bedroom villa. It was a dreamy place! Ms Rita was a superb cheerful person and guided us perfectly on the villa we were going to stay. The breakfast was personally served to us to our villa. Do try their local Indonesian breakfast dishes. Very nice, spicy and tasty! Spent some good time in the pool as well. Its 1.5 mtres and it would have been great if the pool had a step or a railing for safety purpose. Tons of movies and TV channels to watch! WiFi service was also great. Tried their in house massage service. Really really good as well. No loud noises from surrounding villas. Room service was great too! Every facility was provided. They provided us with mosquito coils which were really useful at night! All the staff do go the extra mile to please all guests. Good job Kasih Villas!
