A great property and wonderful staff. Such kind people who took great care in making our stay perfect! From our rental car to recommendations about restaurants, beaches and fun things to do. We would definitely recommend the Opal. A great experience!

The room and check-in process was wonderful, they provided us a refreshing welcome drink and we loved the room/location. Staff were very kind and helpful also. The breakfast was very delicious, I wished they offered better drinks such as cappuccino/lattes for free as all the other hotels offered us that for free. We also had an incident where we arrived to the room quite late ~2am and the front door was locked for around 20 minutes. Nobody answered when we rang the doorbell or messaged the hotel on whatsapp and we were getting worried/anxious. Luckily someone finally opened the door but late night we were quite frustrated since we were tired. Otherwise though the hotel/staff were wonderful.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The entire staff was excellent! Upon arrival, we were given a cold drink. Nice gesture! We were upgraded to a room with a view. The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. Everything was great about this hotel except in the evening the bathroom had a strong urine smell. Not sure what caused it but it was extremely windy when we were there. We told the manager and she said that she would look into this. I would recommend this hotel!
