I found this room at 12:00 p.m. after a very painful and frustrating experience at another hotel. The night desk manager, Toni, did everything she could--went above and beyond, to help with my frustration and my stay. Equally; the manager the next morning did, as well. This property may not be on the foo foo list of hotels but the pool is clean and it's in a very safe area. And the staff was great to me. They were just the people I needed. I'll definitely stay again.
