Everything was satisfactory. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area

Every member of staff was smiley and helpful. The hotel met our needs of being close to th waterfront and transport links. It was clean and organised. Having a sea view room was wonderful but take ear plugs if you go to bed before the nightlife nearby has finished. Breakfast had hot and cold options. If you want something specific, I'd suggest not having breakfast included as there are so mamy eateries nearby.

Really good reception staff, excellent air conditioning in the room , rooftop bar really good. Highly recommend this hotel.looking forward to returning

The first thing I will say is that the staff are WONDERFUL! They went out of their way to be helpful. My wife tripped in Mdina and hurt her knee badly (no bones broken!) when we got back to the hotel, she was limping badly, and the staff made an ice bag to help the swelling and booked a taxi so we could get to the hospital to have it checked. The next day all those involved asked how she was doing whenever they saw her, and offered to get more ice or anything she needed. Thank you, Guys! The rooms and the public areas were all clean and tidy. No fault there, but the hair dryer in the room did not work, and we were told none of the hair dryers work, because they are a fire risk, so had been disconnected. So ladies, if you stay here take your own dryer, because the manager refused to supply one, even though it is advertised as being supplied. The other problem was the air conditioning. It works, and is sufficient to keep you cool at night, but not strong enough for the June heat during the day. I'd hate to think what it's like in August. We could not stay in the room during the day. Breakfast was normally okay. We paid for it up front. However, the juice was a poor watered-down concentrate. The cooked breakfast was okay, although on the last day, they replaced the hash browns with chips! Really? Chips for breakfast is a red line, and they were cold! To be honest, if it hadn't been for the wonderful staff, my rating would be lower. I doubt very much that we will stay again.
