Everything was 5-star, including the staff and their excellent service. The only downside was the car park charge, which I found quite expensive at 20 CHF per night. Apart from that, everything was outstanding and truly deserving of a 5-star rating.
One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast buffet by offering a wider variety of options. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily recommend this place.

Very kind and helpful staff, clean large rooms as well as good location for eating and shopping, there’s no mini fridge in the standard rooms though so keep that in mind, 10/10 though:)
