The staff were all very kind and wonderful. However, I was a bit concerned about the small toilet and bathroom.

Birds are out of hand- very noisy,bird poop all over, fishy smell, bathroom has a sewer smell, bed was broken, mattress sinks in the middle, pillows extremely hard/thick, room was not available in main tower. Great staff in the restaurants, Roberto and J.C amazing service. Very dated furniture.
