Welcome crew at front desk, very helpful and super friendly, call out to Michael, extremely friendly. He helped with check in, parking, confirmed breakfast was included and explained checkout express. Rooms were super clean and daily cleaned promptly. The breakfast is delicious and very very presented. I am looking forward to my next visit to Melb and I will be staying again at Mecure Southbank.

Excellent hotel close to public transport and the Melbourne CBD. Only slight problem was the "In room food menu". Items on the menu were missing when trying to order which was annoying.
