Reception staff were lively, room was basic but clean, pool was closed (which we didn’t know would be closed when we booked nor were we told until we got there) carpark is pretty big but not marked out very well so can be problematic if another guest doesn’t park nose or tail in.
Would I stay here again? Yep probably

The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. A bonus with a free use of the Laundry room. Would highly recommend if having to find somewhere to stay in the Hay district.
