Beautiful property, well managed . Only issue was that King room with balcony was small. Nowhere to sit in room other then bed.

The property was beautiful, clean and staff were quite helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Delicious smoked salmon, fresh fruit, yogurt and lots of great choices of baked goods. The chocolate croissant - delish!
Close proximity to town, lovely garden setting with a nice veranda, and seating areas outside. TONS of great restaurants in walking distance from casual to more upscale. Brant point lighthouse nearby, tons of lovely shops at the wharf. Loved the hotel, loved Nantucket and will definitely be back!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Would not recommend the Chapman house upper floors for elderly as the steps are narrow, steep and hard to navigate, but what a beautiful historic building!!

John and Kara ROCK IT! Thank you guys for the hospitality and the amazing service delivery of excellent! It’s a blessing to feel part of a family unit and not just “a guest.” I am home here and can’t wait to see you again. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the snack plus options to keep us hydration was 100% perfect. Thanks all for helping us folks who come to the Nantucket Wine Festivel.

We booked two rooms, one for me and the other for my niece and her fiancé. Cara, the manager, is beyond nice and incredibly helpful. There is nothing inexpensive about Nantucket. That said, this ia a property that offers value and amazing convenience.
