I had an excellent stay at The Cosy Inn Hanoi Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—super helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience special.
The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. My room was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated, and the TV had multiple options for entertainment.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it perfect for exploring Hanoi. Even though the surrounding area can be lively and noisy at night, the room was impressively quiet, and I could not hear any outside noise.
Overall, this hotel offers comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service in an unbeatable location. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The room was small but for the price it was great, the reception staff is very nice (Tracy), she organise a tour for me, everything was perfect
