Staff was very friendly and competent. Room was very comfortable. Poncho the Swiss Bernese Mountain Dog was a nice touch.

What a lovely property all-around. The room was nice and comfortable, the rooftop pool was amazing, the drinks at the rooftop bar were so good and the view was the best in SMA. A special shout-out to Alfredo at the front desk who went out of his way to help us with an air conditioning issue in our room and Alejandro who helped us with our bags. And of course Poncho the hotel dog for bringing joy to all guests. Such great service, 10/10 stay.
