Unfriendly staff. Bathroom smells like sewage.

Location was good and plenty of shops around the area.
Not able to get Grabcar to pick up there as there are local tuktuks around.
Room seem a little old. Aircon was weak and the balcony door doesn't close properly.

We really liked this hotel, the room was clean and very spacious and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was quite good and over all the service was good and the property is well maintained.
The only negative thing was that the water in the pools was really cold! Also, we had a room with pool access, but we didn't spend much on our terrace, because there were no sunbeds.
The neighbourhood was nice; close to many restaurants, 7/11 and multiple massage places. Also walking distance to the beach.
