Lovely breakfast available if one wishes and great hotel ambiance....very pretty property. Everyone is friendly. Anh was particularly helpful and welcoming. The pool is as fabulous as the pictures...large enough not to feel overcrowded. I especially love he spacious balconies, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor breeze and pretty garden or street/pool ambiance while still in your room. Bedroom and bathroom space is VERY generous...bigger than most so fabulous on all fronts. And convenient laundry service provided for a small fee. I've stayed here twice.... total of 15 nights. Will come again!

Pool and grounds are gorgeous! Very friendly family run room was gigantic and super nice. Slow drain was the only knock.

The room was spacious with heaps of storage. I handed my laundry in at check in and it was all done the next morning at breakfast. Breakfast was simple but it was enough and tasty. The pool was awesome and sparkling clean.
The staff were ever so nice,always smiling and helpful especially Anh ! This is a great little homestay definitely value for money.

This was our second visit and again it was great! All staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, very nice pool with shaded areas.
