Everything was great until you see the checkout bill. I wasn’t aware of the resort fee OTA that gets charged for EVERYTHING you put under the room. So pro tip. always pay everything on a PHYSICAL card. paid 169 dollars in those fees (that includes the parking per night). Pay the parking by the day on your card don’t get a pass. Also through the booking you get charged a resort fee and have to pay another resort fee once you arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing luxury atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and a special thank you to Laura at the front desk for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I liked that is was secluded with a private beach, very big and very beautiful. Very well maintained and a huge pool.
