My family of four (two adults & two teenagers) had an excellent experience. The room was clean & comfortable, the people were helpful, and the location was perfect. An easy ride on the subway to/from the airport and short walks to restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel very close the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and helped us find places to eat. Breakfast had great choices and the chef made fresh omelette and eggs for us. This was definitely a great urban hotel for our family vacation.

Staff was very excellent. I was helping I was accommodating air conditioner worked wonderfully, especially during the heat wave.

A very charming hotel within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel staff were very attentive, and provided gluten free options upon request at the breakfast which was welcome.
If you like soft beds, this is the place for you. We found them way too soft and had trouble sleeping.
The other odd thing is that you need to leave the hotel room key at the front desk whenever you leave the building. We found that a bit off putting.
