Once we were picked up from the airport by Machas we spoke with Charles who was courteous and helpful. Then when arrived to hotel the check in was effortless we paid the tax balance giving our keys and shown to room. The room was as described clean and cool.
The breakfast was also as advertised it was hot and selection was good. Good presentation merci
The staff here was very helpful in our experience with ibis cap 3000. Thanks to Mafalya, Daniela, Lena, Charles, Machas and guy at the bar at night shift. Keep up good work merci

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was open and clean. Shuttle to and from airport was timely. Breakfast buffet included and it was great.

The staff and the property were good, but I asked for a taxi to the airport since at the time I went (5am) there was no shuttle. It is just 2km away and took 5 minutes. They charged 37 euros. If the staff knew these are the tariffs, should be more transparent and inform the clients.
