In general good hotel for relaxing , Only bad that the beach is not in the same place and the rented beach has poor facilities no music no open sea view and bad toilets / showers , and the pool is not big enough but not bad , disadvantage : they allow people to use the beach without proper summing suit - with Hijab and Nikab .
Enjoyed sea view , music on the pool , breakfast and dinner .
They have many problems in maintenance ( air condition - plumbing- mini bar cooling ), we suffered a lot with one air condition ( out of 5 rooms ) all the time for 5 days , tried to fix but failed . However , they have good response to start handling the maintenance problems , but poor team.

We stayed in the hotel for a week, the food was exceptional every night and varied, the chefs were so helpful as well as azis on the floor. The pool was also very clean. We had a sea view room which was class and very clean. We walked to the hotel beach a few days as it was only 1.5 km away but you could also use the shuttle bus. A guy called amar worked in the beach, had perfect English and couldn’t help us enough. Finally a word about the general manager Yasser, what a gentleman, anything we needed or required was no problem, he really made our stay a wonderful experience, thank you Yasser
