There was no one onsite to assist with checkin, I had received no instructions through hotels.com or by email. It took more than 2 hours to get a reply from the hotel. When we eventually spoke to someone on the phone they were very helpful, as was the security guard who met us and helped us access the apartment, but this didn’t make up for the poor communication at the outset. There were also no instructions on what to do with keys on check out and no reply to my queries about it until hours after we’d had to leave for the airport. The apartment itself was basic but clean and very conveniently located right near the airport. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable although the pillows were not. Overall the price was reasonable for the facilities and great for the location, and I would have provided a good review if not for the communication challenges.
