One of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, and the wait time could be up to around five minutes, which was somewhat inconvenient. The parking was valet-only, and we sometimes had to wait for a while as well.
There was a QR code reservation system, but we were unable to use it, possibly due to weak Wi-Fi or issues with international mobile connectivity.
I also noticed some hair and dust in the corner of the sink area, and the hairdryer’s air intake appeared to be slightly clogged with dust, which was a bit concerning. Other than these points, the room was clean and comfortable.
