The room was spacious and comfortable with useful amenities. Access was easy and we
never had cause to contact any staff. Parking on the street was difficult to find, but the location was central and we could walk to most places.

The site is beautiful and well maintained. The room is clean and nice, stocked with tea and coffee. You also have a mini fridge and microwave in room.
Parking is street parking only so I recommend asking for a parking pass early on to ensure you can park in front of the building as it is mainly permit required only parking in the area. less than a block from the main doors is a park with homeless individuals day and night. Although we never had issues with anyone, you do walk past this area or park your vehicle in front or near it.
When walking in the main doors there is a strong smell, but once inside your room you can no longer smell it.
The staff were quick to respond and provide us with what we needed when asked.

Quaint and cute with a challenging layout.

Terrific location. A short walk to The Rooms and also downtown down the steep hills. Building well maintained. On- street parking available (as promised). Although on a main street, was very quiet at night.

"Everything was excellent about our stay and the room was great. I will give a mixed review about location as it’s excellent for walking and seeing St. John’s but it is next door to a park with severa..."
