Hotel Giglio is a very nice guest house in a good location. Clean, good breakfast, and Roberto and his brother were very pleasent and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Giglio in Florence from July 15–18, 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. It is a charming, intimate hotel where the owners, Marco and Manuela, are personally involved in taking care of their guests, which makes the stay feel especially welcoming.
Their hospitality was outstanding. They were always available to help and provided excellent recommendations for transportation, restaurants, and places to visit, making it much easier for us to enjoy Florence and the surrounding area.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and a great way to start each day. Another special touch we loved was the hotel’s collection of beautiful and impressive puzzles depicting famous works by Michelangelo. They add a unique artistic character to the hotel and are especially fitting for a stay in Florence.
What stood out most, however, was the warm and personal attention we received from Marco and Manuela. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable and added considerably to our experience in Florence.
We would happily stay at Hotel Giglio again on our next visit to Florence and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.
