La ubicacion es muy buena, a unas cuadras del centro. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y estaba super limpio. Llegamos antes del horario de ingreso y nos dejaron pasar ni bien estuvieron listas las habitaciones. Todos fueron muy amables con nosotras.

The place is nice, clean, and near the tram station. Maurizzio is a very kind host. It was a wonderful stay, overall.
The aircon at the loft is very weak so my son was not able to sleep well. The main room is cold enough and very comfortable.

It was authentic rustic sorta.
Windows would not open. Was not the room I thought I booked. Only one towel. The had rails for the stairs was loose. The lights in the stairwell would not stay on.
