The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the lift so I didn’t have to carry my bags up stairs.
There was plenty of restaurants nearby.
The check-in process was confusing and stressful. I had not received the codes to get in until I was already there.

The owner was nice.
The bathroom was relatively clean but uncomfortable since shower area is small and difficult to handle.
