We had a fantastic stay at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The food was excellent, with a great variety at breakfast and delicious options throughout the day. We were impressed with both the quality and service in the restaurants.
The location is another major highlight. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Sanur without needing transport.
The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lovely pool areas and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, great food, outstanding service, and a perfect location. We would highly recommend Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur and would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️😊

We had a very pleasant stay at Prime Plaza Hotel in Sanur, Bali. The hotel is very large and offers many amenities, including a huge swimming pool and spacious common areas that make the experience very comfortable.
The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. While the hotel is not ultra-luxurious, it provides everything needed for a relaxing stay at a very good value. One of the things we appreciated the most was how peaceful the atmosphere felt. Even though the property is enormous, it never felt overcrowded or noisy.
The staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist with a smile.
Overall, Prime Plaza Hotel is an excellent option in Sanur for travelers looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing environment in Bali.

We have stayed here a couple of times and the staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic but a central location to the ferry and airport. Breakfast is great and the bar is located perfectly for catching up with local friends. Well priced hot value!
