Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great location. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
There are a few areas that could be improved. There is a constant food odor when entering the lobby, which takes away from the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. Housekeeping was not always completed properly, and complimentary bottled water was not consistently replaced in the room.
Additionally, when private events or lunches are being held, the complimentary coffee service is unavailable to hotel guests. Since the hotel advertises coffee availability 24/7, it would be nice to ensure this amenity remains accessible at all times.
Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive thanks to the excellent service and convenient location.

Very nice, properly equiped, clean and well maintained room. The A/C fan Auto option does not work which makes its continuous air flow noise unavoidable, one opportunity to improve the room. Only ammenity we tried was the pool which we found small and crowed, so we did not stay there. Valet staff was very nice and serviceable, the reception staff no so much.
