Beautiful, convenient beach location. Towels were provided and guest services were welcoming, kind and friendly. We were also offered delicious coffee made by Norma!
Booked a room with a view of the Ocean. We were granted an early check-in, which was a very nice courtesy. Not excited about the rooms location, first floor, directly facing the parking lot, even though the facility seemed to have plenty of empty rooms with better locations available. I didn't complain about the room location or cause a fuss, I was happy to be near the Ocean and just went with the flow. The room was clean and tidy with everything needed for our stay, kitchen was hot, we were next to the boiler room. No ventilation in the bathroom and the bed was very hard. Please keep in mind this is an older facility with a beautiful location on the beach. Staff is amazing, friendly and hard working! The surrounding grounds and pool were well maintained. Convenient walking distance to restaurants, and CVS is also closely available, and a short drive to grocery stores and the Mall.
