The housekeeper was nice and I enjoyed talking to her. Check-in staff were ok but slow. Breakfast was good. Room was fine. All went well and I would stay again

Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Walked here from the Bus Station and could walk down to the shops and harbor easily. Miss having our own bathroom though, but at least we had a sink in the room.

Perfect location and great value for the money, especially with a good breakfast included (breakfasts, like everything else in Reykjavik, are very expensive). Basic accomodations but everything clean and in working order. With many hotels going to self check-in with no staff (and nightmares trying to resolve even the smallest problems), it was good to have actual people to help.
