You get what you pay for and the stay met my simple needs. So for the inexpensive cost for the room it is worth it

A great deal for a basic room - clean, as expected mostly. Only issue we had was very poor drainage in the bathroom (room #110). Water pooled across the whole tile floor immediately, and it was VERY slippery. Shower needs a retaining wall or much better spray curtain.

No frills, basic place to sleep in town. Air conditioner was loud but bearable. Property was clean and safe.
