Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. Shower was small but great water pressure and bathroom was roomy enough for getting ready. There was a nice walk-in closet to hang your clothes. It did have a cot in the closet but no sheets or extra blankets. Plenty of towels for 2 guests, but not for 3 or more. There was no couch but instead were 2 cushion chairs and a small table for eating. Heat and AC were good. The t.v had satellite dish and plenty of viewing options.

Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive.
