Great hotel and great customer service

Beautiful property and had stayed there previously with great experiences but a disappointing experience this time. Kitchen in unit had a lingering overpowering food odor. Floors in unit were sticky. Dinner reservations at the resort restaurant were not honored due to minimal staff availability. Went back two different times and were told they were short staffed and could not accommodate us. Even offered to do a take out order but kitchen could not handle it.

The rooms were comfy. We had an issue with the screens on the patio which was resolved quickly. It was nice having a full size kitchen to prepare meals even though we enjoyed eating at the onsite restaurant.
I’m glad we decided to try the hot springs and left there feeling so relaxed. Great family friendly property. I’d love to go back.
