Love this place. Price is perfect. Beds are super comfy. The layout was cool. Having my own personal bathroom not attached to our room was different but I didn’t mind. Using the kitchen saved us money and not having to toss leftovers. I’ll definitely return. Keep in mind there’s No parking so you do find the closest open street parking spot. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or a couple on a budget!!

Lots of hills, but you can ride a lime scooter if you don’t want to walk up.

Pros: Beautiful neighborhood with many nearby amenities including restaurants and public transit; comfy bed and nice towels.
Cons: Parking is truly a nightmare, we lucked out and found a spot nearby and only used public transit the entire trip to avoid losing the parking spot. Wouldn't be a big deal for people who fly in.
The unexpected cleaning fee and huge security deposit was ridiculous and not advertised anywhere. I also didn't like that these fees were charged using a different platform than the one I booked with, that made me worried it was a scam. These things should be included in the advertised rate.
Though I appreciated the security of having door codes for everything, there were several guests that struggled with access to their room or bathroom and often asked us for help.
Further, you could hear the creaking of every door on all four floors both day and night, which tracks considering that the bathroom and bedrooms are separate.
Conclusion: Good enough for a short trip on a budget, but there are definite cons and won't be booking again.
