Staff were lovely. We booked into the Turkish à la carte restaurant twice as it was delicious, Buffet was good I would give 7/10
Always something for the kids to do, water park was great fun, two garden parties with great entertainment and laser-drone show twice a week and good evening shows. Beach is lovely. The complex is beautiful and a great layout. Would recommend for a family holiday

Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia.
Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good.
The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine.
The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along the Mediterranean shore.
