Modern hotel. 8 minute walk from Bourbon Street. Street parking nearby . Lobby hot . Cleanliness of rooms and bedding need improvement.

The stay at this hotel was amazing! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kierra at check in and Tahj throughout the stay and they both were very friendly and helpful. Customer service was exceeded on my end. Jyron at the bar was beyond amazing! He makes the best drinks and is very social with the crowd at the bar. He made recommendations for food and his choices were great.
The hotel was clean, the room was very spacious. I could honestly say I can’t wait to come back for another stay.

I enjoyed my stay at The Aloft because it was within walking distance of all the action. My favorite part was my bartender Rene....she was so cool and made my drink just right. I'll definitely be back to see her. I was just upset because I asked the cleaning lady to comeback and clean but make me last because I was still resting and she never did. I stayed from Fri-sun.
