Great location. Quiet area. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Room was small but worked fine. Plenty of restaurants etc. in the immediate area.

Property was clean, great breakfast (deli meats, breads, pastries, juices, coffee and cereal), AMAZING nearby restaurants (highly recommend "Al Vecchio Forno"), super market nearby, vaporetto and Gondola 5 mins away, and the room was large with a large bathroom and COLD AC.
Only cons were the shower was very small, and the walking area outside can be a little loud with passersbys 'til 11PM. We were on the 2nd floor for reference.

Excellent value for the money. Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the location was good. Very highly recommended.
