The reception staff are excellent, very helpful at all times. We only used the bar in the evening and again the staff are excellent. The disappointment with the hotel was complimentary tea and coffee is not provided. The reason given is we booked room only, which we find petty. We stay in hotels all over the world and this is the only time this has ever happened. It's little things that can make a difference, please rethink the policy.
