The air conditioning was broken during our stay in OKKO. There was no technician to fix & our room was hot, uncomfortable to sleep. The manager promised that it'll be fixed the next day and it wasn't. The guests had a meeting with the manager , Gullame Bazenet, complaining about the AC not working & offered to solution at that moment. There were fans offered but not enough for all the guests. The hotel was nice & location was good. MY family & i were there for a wedding. Not having the AC made our stay at OKKO not so good. I hope that the AC is fixed by now. FYI, we traveled all the way from USA.

I had a good stay at Okko Port du Versailles. The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds. Cotton sheets and down pillows. The breakfast was amazing, with salmon. 5 different type of cheese, omelets, fruits, chicken, prosciutto, salami, salad, vegetables, crepes, and a lot more. The hotel is very closed to a bus, a tram and a metro station. It doesn't have AC and it felt stuffy even on a 60 degree day. The furniture wants to be modern but it's rather ugly. The wals are not painted and look dirty. The room was not very clean. I found hairs ....

Amazing experience! Convenient location (close to subway and tram stations, easy and fast to get to any place in Paris). Exceptional service, friendly and helpful staff. We felt very important guests: staff is almost invisible, but their careful and even pro-active service is in everywhere. Excellent breakfast: always fresh and high quality organic products, snacks/drinks service 24 hours, which is very convenient when you are back from your busy Paris visiting program. Sauna and gym is available from 10 to 10. Even hand-written personal welcoming card from the manager was waiting us in the room. We really felt special and enjoyed with everything in the hotel. Highly recommend with many thanks to the hotel management and staff.
