A good stay even though shower didn’t work in the first room the person to contact was quick and moved us to another room where everything worked. Would definitely stay there again.

A firm 10 - I saw a lot of negative reviews after I'd booked so was a bit worried, but I thought the place was great - plenty of parking places beautiful old building with character, easy entry with keypad and lovely well decorated huge room with lovely bed and lovely bathroom (I had room 6, which was the only one on the lower ground floor, so can't guarantee that all rooms are as impressive.....literally in the town centre.....what some people might seem strange is that there are no staff, no food etc (but a nice central living room to sit in) - you just receive a text with the door entry code....because of this, there are CCTV cameras everywhere, so can understand if this is off-putting for some, but didn't bother me as it ticked all other boxes - food wise its literally two minutes walk to weathersoons which opens for breakfast at 8am
