Everything around the park and where to go was very clearly set out, and the outdoor area had unexpected kid friendly activities. We were aware of the pool and playground, but there was some colouring and books which were great and unexpected.
The room was clean, and we were very happy with that. Being a pet friendly place, I was nervous about the possibility of previous let fur being around, but I didn't see any, and was pleased with the cleanliness.
The bathroom was modern, and throughout the room we had what we needed.
The pool was lovely, and plenty of room for multiple people to be in the area.
Highlights from the kids perspectives: bulk beds, yeay! There was also a curtain over the bunk beds which made it extra fun, but also practical that the main area could be used, while the kids sleeping area remained dark.
The kids also said they loved how comfy the couch was.
The staff member who helped us with our check out was very kind and answered all of our questions which were really unrelated to our stay. Very nice, and supportive.
Overall, great place, and better than we expected. Will certainly go again.

The tap in the bathroom has grime/accumulated molds over the time that has not been cleaned or missed out. The bottom/lower part of the bathroom glass door is very dirty. But the rest, its all good and clean.
