The staff was very understanding when I made a mistake in the reservation. And the room was excellent -- a wide desk of the type I like to use for work, enough light, and a very comfortable bed. I've no complaints.

We stayed during a very popular time in Hirosaki, with the cherry blossom festival in full swing. The hotel is a little too far from the station to walk with lots of luggage so we recommend going by taxi. At first they couldn't find our reservations, but everything was sorted. Comfortable hotel.

A hotel and area that has seen better days. Cramped room and bathroom. Very narrow bed. Unit bath is old and fading, with old, non-directional shower head.
