Location was good. Near the castle and several restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Communal kitchen as well as a one pot induction cooktop in the room. Washers and dryers available for small fee. Great shower.
Having to rely on your smartphone to enter the property and your room is fraught with potential problems. If your phone battery dies or you accidentally lock your phone in the room (as I did), you are locked out. Also, the phone number given as 24 hour assistance is wrong or no longer being used. Without my phone I couldn’t even call the number or look up the website to check. Please get the host to update the brochures with the correct number. Luckily a friendly Japanese stranger looked up the website for me and contacted the correct number.

Clean and straight forward. Kitchen facilities are good.
We stayed late October and the heater wasn’t so warm for us. Perhaps because the room is quite spacious and the warm air didnt cover entire room.
