The arrival was initially welcoming with a nice drink and a greeting from the hotel manager. We were then showed a room on the first floor that was apparently the room we booked, but it didn’t look like the pictures. Then we were shown a better room that looked more like the photos of the room we booked, and told we could “upgrade” for $5 USD a night. When looking at the photos from the Expedia booking, they seem to be quite misleading.
Great location, but the room was a bit disappointing. The shower took a long time to drain, and the bathroom in general needs a good clean of mold (and air conditioner). The bed was also hard and uncomfortable. There was a good breakfast selection though!
