Excellent Breakfast served to room , with unbelievable selection options. Staff was always available for us with a nice welcoming smile. Great location for back and tram.

I was under the impression that a “Double room” meant two beds. Furthermore I sent a message responding to request of arrival time stating I needed two beds which the hotel never responded to. Upon late night arrival I was told I’d have to speak to the manager next morning. He was neither helpful nor friendly! I asked why they didn’t offer rollaway beds or any rooms with two beds? His suggestion was to get another room for my son at another hotel! Won’t be coming back due to his treatment.

Excellent place to stay. The staff were so helpful providing information about restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities. With gated entrance, we felt very safe.
