Great location near Kata Beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

My room was clean and well maintained upon arrival. The staff cleaned it regularly, and housekeeping took care of it every day. Each time I returned late at night, the room was spotless.
Kata Beach is within walking distance, with many shops, massage places, and restaurants nearby. A 7-Eleven is located right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also a couple of excellent scooter rental shops close by, and free parking is available just outside the hotel.
Breakfast was very good, with solid vegetarian options available. Beach towels are also provided.
I highly recommend staying here.

The staff here might be the nicest people ever. So incredibly accommodating with anything and everything. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Kata. Breakfast was very good every morning and there was a nice selection to choose from. They also gave us free 1 hour massage vouchers for the spa next door which was fantastic. There was no laundry on-site despite what the listing said which was a little annoying. Also, if available, be sure to ask for a room facing west. It might be a little nosier from the road (not that bad), but they have private balconies as opposed to the east rooms that are all connected and lead to a fire escape. They were super understanding when we asked to move rooms and felt much more comfortable knowing that no one would be able to just walk by our balcony door. All in all, this is a great little boutique hotel that I would definitely recommend.
