Beautiful historic Inn, with period-correct furnished sitting areas, rockers on large front porch, and plenty of history to learn. Restaurant far exceeds expectations - there is simply no need to look elsewhere. Totally comfortable, quiet location. This place is what you are looking for if you wanna relax

I would definitely go back to the Castleman. The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable. A yellowish stain on the mattress protector and a stain in the bottom of the bathtub were a bit unnerving, despite the rest of the room looking very clean. The amenities in the room included a microwave, Kurig, a small refrigerator, and a room air conditioner. The staff was friendly. I respect the restaurant being closed on Sunday, and will hopefully have a chance to return to try it in the future.
