This is a very inviting and friendly Inn . The two restaurants on the property are very good with a very attentive staff. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Adirondacks.

I was in need of a hotel room at relatively short notice for a basketball tournament that I was refereeing. I came across the Finger Lakes Inn as it was just a short drive away from where the tournament was being held. Nestled in the Adirondack, it is a pleasant and quaint place to stay. If you like the modern "cookie cutter" hotels this is not it. The rooms have a "cabin in the woods" feel to them, and I mean that is a very good way.
The restaurant is very pleasant and my food was excellent. I even got to visit with the chefs that prepared my meal. The bartender was great at preparing an off the menu drink and making sure my food was to my liking. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure meeting all of them. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

The room was lovely and very clean. The only complaint we had was that our room was directly over a dining room, and we were awakened early both mornings by tables being dragged across the floor below us while staff were rearranging them.
