The reservation desk is in the Casino building, the motor lodge is a separate building west of the fuel station. The room was nice as expected, the only complaint I have is the plumbing sound when water is running in an adjacent room is too loud. It woke us up early in morning. Initially, I thought there was a water leak, but I determined it was just a fixture flowing water in the adjacent suite. Other than that, No complaints.

I needed a place to sleep as my neighbor was playing overly loud obnoxious music. I found a room at the Motor Lodge, and hopped in the car. Place was lovely, quiet and clean. I was only there long enough to sleep, but it was exactly what I needed! I highly recommend this place if you are travelling through the Carson Valley!

Liz at the registration desk is AMAZING! We wanted to shorten our stay by one night and were getting the run around from Hotels.com, she was able to fix it for us. She made sure we were well taken care of. We had a kitchen suite at the motor lodge, it was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 adult kids. Plenty of space and a full kitchen to save on meals and snacks. The room was clean and recently updated. I left my prescription glasses and didn't realize until we had driven 9 hours home. Housekeeping found my glasses and shipped them back to me. Katie's Country Kitchen in the main building is probably the best restaurant value around. Great food and reasonable prices. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely stay again.
