Initially was given a disabled room which whilst large was not suitable - bathroom had no shelving space and the water filled the room. There was a large gap in the door so you could see inside from the corridor. Second room was much better. But noisy clubs and bars nearby made it difficult to sleep and the windows don't close properly. The breakfast selection was very good and service from the staff excellent.

The cleaners left their gloves in the room every day they clean. It was very disgusting. They did not put a kettle in the room and we spent 2 whole weeks i believe that should be a basic amenity. The breakfast did not cater for us Caribbean people well but i was good for locals. And they had the same thing everymorning, small to no changes in the menu. I only ate eggs when I had breakfast there. We had to source substantial breakfast outside the property. Ik its a spanish country but the fact that you cater fot English speaking guests you should have atleast one English speaking staff in the kitchen, the language barrier made out vacation annoying especially with out breakfast.
